Make working from home feel a bit more luxurious with this one of a kind modern desk that we created using bookmatched Maple Burl slabs paired with a polished brass plated stainless desk featuring the popular Haver block mid century modern design.
The front live edge "corners" of the desk top were filled with a unique obre pigment fade from black to gold to clear. All voids and cracks in the top and bottom have been filled with a gold pigment resin. The top side has been dyed in a vibrant peacock green/teal and finished in a soft polished shine. We've finished the underside in natural color to help tell the origin story of the incredible burl slabs.
