Live Edge Wood Countertop & Corner Desk Installations

Working with live edge slabs requires confidence in your own abilities to both plan and improvise around a number of fitment variables. We have a unique experience in building and finishing slabs on site with these unconventional materials that bring a very unique bold natural wow factor to a space once completed. We consult with the client and make wood recommendations and finish the wood according to how it will best serve its customers for the long term.

I have created wood countertops for bathroom vanities, kitchens, and game rooms. I have also made live edge reception countertops and table tops for commercial and hospitality spaces as well as corner desks for home office or built-in shelving and wood countertops for home library.  I've also have made wall mount live edge headboards along with float mount night stands.

I create the wood countertops according to client specifications and work with your contractors to recommend brackets to support the load of a heavy wood slab plus whatever it will be holding including people, wine or tequila collections.

Once the supporting structure and brackets are in place, I complete the final fit and finish and fastening to brackets.

In the case of custom bathroom vanities, the brackets have to support both the wood slab, heavy sinks, faucets and plumbing, all which has to be carefully fit together with the natural materials.

This involves close coordinating with other trades/contractors to ensure other rework costs aren't incurred.
