I created this modern rustic bench in 2018 from a reclaimed Silky Oak cluster burl surface cut slab from a local reclaimed desert tree from Wine  Glass Sawmill.  I ebonized the wood using a uniue pigmented oil/hardwax and inlayed 2" thick polished clear acrylic/lucite legs into the burl surface.
