Silky Oak Live Edge Restaurant Tables 4ft round, 4x5ft

I recently started work on 18 round tables and 8 rectangular live edge tables for a local South African Ethiopian Restaurant made from a local reclaimed urban Silky Oak log. First I cut 3ft off of each end of the whole 11ft log, and then milled into 18 end grain cookie slices at 4" thick that range from 38-48" diameter. The remaining 5ft of the log was flatsawn into 2.5" thick 4x5ft dining table slabs. They will go through the kiln for bug kill cycle before starting work to flatten them on the slabmizer.
